"What I Believe about God Is the Most Important Thing about Me" - A.W.Tozer
“I want you to face the mountain,
so that you can see,
when the mountain is out of the way
all there is left is Me.
Only I can move the mountain,
only I can push it away,
only I can conquer the problems,
that you face today.
Your only job is to believe, to listen to My voice,
and when you hear what I command
obedience is your choice.
But I will not make it to difficult
for the victory is already Mine,
and I will fill you with My Spirit
and through you
My grace will shine.
Not when you are perfect,
like you think you need to be,
but when your heart is willing to
become more and more like Me.” ~ Unknown Artist
I found this poem two years ago when we went through some very difficult times in our lives (we lost our baby girl) and I cried out to God to help me stay strong. This poem felt in my lap. I knew God answered my prayer. I know God talked to me through this poem and the message was clear.
God already has won the victory. He already fought the fight! Death couldn’t hold him! Jesus rose from death, the final word is written.
When heaven’s darling been crucified, in the midst of the darkest tragedy, when the son of God hung on the cross, when everything looked dark and out of control, when it seemed that there is no way…God was still in total control, writing the most amazing story of history. God was making a way for you and me. Jesus was forsaken so you and I will never be. Jesus promised he will never leave you or forsake you! On the cross he was alone so you and I can never be alone.
Jesus won the victory! Death could not hold him back! And yes death has no power over us! The enemy of our soul has no power whatsoever over you and me! He tries to fill us with fear, doubt and lies that we can’t make it, that God will not help. Remember it is over! He has no power! Satan knows and he knows that he has little time and he’ll do everything to shake our faith.
Unfortunately, lately we are challenged again and again and I found that in the last three years we go from one hardship to the other and I am sometimes tired and wonder when will this all end? Lord how long do we have to go through this? Sometimes I cry out to God. In the last few days everything seemed so overwhelming and scary and I cried out to God. Oh if you would know me, I am honest…really honest with God.
I told God: “Lord I don’t understand. I just don’t. I know you are able, I know you could do it, so why not? I love the God of the Bible, when they called, with their last strength they cried out, you God, you answered. Big time over and over again God podcasted his power. I love that God…but how about today? How about in my situation? I cry out to you and it seems no answer. You could open doors so we would have jobs. You could make a way. So Lord why it seems that all my prayers are bouncing back from the ceiling? I have no one but you; Lord if you don’t help we can’t make it”.
God knows my raw me. And he is OK with that. I often tell God:” Father I don’t want to rebel against you, I don’t want to question you…who am I to question you the Almighty God, but Lord you said you want me to be honest…you know my thoughts, my thoughts are my prayers”. And I always tell God:” If you don’t change the circumstances just please somehow let me know that I am not alone, that you hear me and help me”. And he does again and again and again.
God come close to me today too. He reminded me that His is in control. That he knows my circumstances and works on my behalf. “I have told you all this, so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows [some translation – you will have trouble]. But take heart because I have overcome the world.” ~ John 16:33
I can have peace in God, and only in him I will have peace. When trouble hits, you’ll find peace ONLY in Jesus. We have to remember, he have to post it everywhere what Jesus said: “I have overcome the world!” it's not I will but I have. It's in the past. It is finished. On the cross Jesus said It is Finished! Jesus didn’t say I am finished! Jesus said it is Finished! Once for all! Satan is finished! Satan is defeated!
And we have to remember the truth! Not the lies of our enemy, but the truth! That this fight is not our fight, we just have to stand still.
“But you will not even need to fight. Take your positions; than stand still and watch the LORD’s victory. He is with you. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow, for the LORD is with you” ~ 2 Chronicles 20:17
All we have to do stand still and take our positions. You might ask but how: just put your eyes on Jesus. Listen to the truth, to God’s promises and remember: The victory is already in God hands. Go out against your enemy: when he tells you that God is not there for you – read out loud God’s promises. Read your Bible, that is God’s word - his personal promise to you, know it, underline it and highlight every promise and stand on those promises! When the enemy is attacking you and it seems that you’re fighting and is no answer, remember the darker your circumstance the bigger God’s glory will be. The bigger problems you have the bigger miracle candidate you are! When there is nothing but God, then God moves so he will get all the glory.
Sometimes, God aloud us to go through hard circumstances to be able to show us his faithfulness, his power and his ability. Until we can manage our circumstances we don’t need a miracle. When we are at the end of the road and is God or nothing, then God moves so everyone will see him high and lifted up.
“I have appointed you for the very purpose of displaying my power in you and to spread my fame throughout the earth” ~ Romans
If you are in a situation when you feel that the tunnel is dark and there seems no light. If the enemy is lying to you that God doesn’t hear you and he don’t care: just remember that God is in control and he loves you! Jesus already won the victory, your victory too, your battle too. Just stand still, just take your position, and just read out loud God word, his promises. Go against your enemy and tell him in his face that he is defeated, that he has no power over you, that Jesus won the battle. Don’t believe his lies and you will see God in a new way.
God might not always change your circumstance, you might have to go through deep waters, but you will not drown – you might have to walk through fire, but you will not be burned up and the flames will not consume you, (Isaiah 43: 2) you might have to walk through the valley of death, but you will not be afraid (Psalm 23:4)…why? Because in Jesus you will have peace, if you and I really believe that he already won the battle and he is fighting for us, all we have to do trust him and take our positions! The fight is his so the victor and glory will be his too. If we truly believe that he is in control, then we will stand in him when everyone thinks we should fall.
Today I could pray: “Thank you Lord that you heard me and answered, you kindly lifted my eyes from the problems and shifted them to you”. The enemy works hard to keep our eyes and focus on the problems, but God over and over again kindly reminds us to shift our focus on him. Let’s don’t tell God how big our problems are, but tell our problems how Big our God is.
How Big is Your God? How Big Do You See Him?

God desires a personal relationship with us. Understand that God wants to give you a life filed with joy and peace. God wants us to have a life not just to make it through but an abundant and eternal life because he loves you.
"I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." ~ John 10:10
"We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" ~ Romans 5:1
But to giving you abundant life required the supreme sacrifice:
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" ~ John 3:16
What a wonderful gift the Father has given. If God gave His own Son to provide an abundant and everlasting life, why more people don’t have what He has designed for us to receive?

We were created in God’s image for an abundant and joyful life with the ability and need to know God and have a personal relationship with Him. But our freedom of choice of disobedience caused a separation and gap between God and us.
"But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear" ~ Isaiah 59:2
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." ~ Romans 3:23

People always try to fill that empty void in their lives with "things." They even try good works, morality, and religion. Yet they remain empty, for only God, through His Son, can fill that emptiness.
"There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death” ~ Proverbs 14:12
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." ~ Romans 6:23
Our Problem is that sin separated us from God. But
God provided only ONE SOLUTION
God has provided only one solution to sin and separation from Himself.
Jesus Christ, His Son, is the only way to God.
Jesus Christ paid the penalty for our sin and rebellion against God and bridged the gap between God and humanity by dying on the cross, shedding His blood, and rising from the dead to justify and reconcile you back to God the Father.

"For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God." ~ 1Peter 3:18
"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." ~ Romans 5:8
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast." ~ Ephesians 2:8,9
"For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" ~ 1Timothy 2:5
Jesus told him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me. “~ John 14:6
God so loved us that he gave his only Son to bridge the gap between us and the Father. God has provided the only way, the only solution. You have to take a decision and choose how to respond to God’s provision.
Your relationship with God can be restored and you can be brought back into his family by trusting in Christ alone who can save your life from destruction. Jesus is the bridge to the Father but you have to choose to trust him, you have to make a step forward him, you have to step out in faith and give your life to God. At the Cross you can exchange your worst for Jesus’ best.

This step happens by asking Jesus Christ to take away your sin and to come into your heart to be your Lord and Savior.
The Bible says...
"That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." ~ Romans 10:9
"Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." ~ John 1:12
"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me." ~ Revelation 3:20
Would you like to invite Jesus to be part of your life, to be your Lord and Savior now? You can start a new life with him. It doesn’t matter where you’re coming from, what you did in the past. When you give your life to Jesus you can start all over again. With Jesus you can have a new chance again.
If you too need Jesus to give you a new start, if you realized that Jesus is all you need then here is how you can receive Christ:
Admit your need (I am a sinner).
Be willing to turn from your sins (repent).
Believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the Cross and rose from the grave.
Through prayer, invite Jesus Christ to come in and control your life through the Holy Spirit. (Receive Him as Lord and Savior.)
At this moment you can pray the most important prayer of your life by simply saying:
Dear Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God. I believe you died for me on the cross and shed Your blood for my salvation. I believe you rose from the dead and ascended in Heaven. I believe You are coming back again to earth. Dear Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I need Your forgiveness. Forgive my sins. Cleanse me now with Your precious blood. I want to turn from sins. I invite you to come into my heart. I give you my life now. I want to trust and follow You as Lord and Savior. I receive You now as my Savior, my Lord, and my God. I am Yours forever, I belong to You only. I no longer belong to this world, nor to the enemy of my soul. Amen!
If you sincerely prayed this prayer, confessed your sins, and received Jesus Christ into your heart, God has given you the right to become His child.
The Bible gives you this assurance:
"Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” ~ Romans 10:13
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast." ~ Ephesians 2:8,9
This is just the beginning of a wonderful new life in Christ. If you have just received Jesus Christ into your life, we want to rejoice with you. Click here to send us your salvation praise report.
